FIFe International Cat Show in Cēsīs (Latvia), on 2010.06.12-13

2010.06.12-13 We have participated on FIFe International Cats Show in Cēsīs town (Latvia), which was organized by Latvian Cats Club “SELĒNA”. Nevertheless it is a quite small town, there have been 311 cats arrived with its' owners to this show from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Russia, Germany, Poland and even Ukraine! There was almost golden collection of various Grands, Champions and other cats.

There were 7 very famous and reputable judges invited for the Show:

Alexey Shchukin (NL) – all breeds

Stephe Bruin (NL) – all breeds

Nurit Pahl (A) – all breeds

Jorgen Billing (DK) – I, II, IV cat.

Marie Westerlund (DK)– II, III cat.

Martti Peltonen (S)– III, IV cat.

Stephane Bernard (FR) – II cat.

Minna Krogh (DK) - II, III cat.

There have been quite a lot Abys arrived this time to the Show in all 4 main colors: ruddy, sorrel, blue and fawn.

We have participated this time with our young beloved fawn kitten - Vanilla Boy (Highgaitpaws Vanilla Boy of Tesanee). It was almost an Aby final, cause half of the present Abys have passed to it. And our Vanilla Boy was among them! Who got not only highest scores at the judges and lots of compliments but also won his first Best in Show!

Our little champion has won among very strong burmas, burmillas, russian blues, brittish shorthair, cornish rex and other breeds kittens!

We are so extremely happy and are greatfull to Mindy and Dave who have trusted us this little darling, who under age of 6 months has already received such high awards!!!! Bravo, my sweetheart!
